I agree with this advice. You really need professional planners that will help you "plan," not just sell you something. Believe it or not, I think the same advice applies to estate planning attorneys. There are attorneys who do estate planning as part of their practice, and then there are estate planning attorneys who focuse their practice on estate planning (e.g., estate tax planning, wills, trusts, business succession planning, asset protection, probate and estate administration, etc.). Hiring a good estate planning attorney, in my opinion, is insuring that your heirs will have the best experience possible administering your estate.
There are a number of quality Salt Lake City estate planning attorneys and ogden estate planning attorneys. I try to be considered one of them by offering quality services to clients and by listening to clients' concerns. Its true, quality estate planning does not mean the cheapest estate planning, but it means you get a custom estate plan designed to your needs and objectives.
